Protect against Title IX and submit a comment by September 12, 2022.

The US Department of Education released their proposed changes to Title IX regulations that would dramatically change the future for women and girls in federally funded activities and programs. There are many negative impacts that will harm girls, women, and families.

A government portal has been set up for you to make a comment submission.  It is very straight-forward and easy to do.  In addition, this governmental body is required to read every submission, large and small – before they can finalize the new “Rule.”  So rest assured, your input will be read and considered.

TAKE A STAND TODAY

George Orwellby Diane Robertson

“’Do you remember,’ he went on, ‘writing in your diary, “Freedom is the

freedom to say that two plus two make four”?’

‘Yes,’ said Winston.

O’Brien held up his left hand, its back towards Winston, with the thumb

hidden and the four fingers extended.

‘How many fingers am I holding up, Winston?’

‘Four.’

‘And if the party says that it is not four but five–then how many?’

‘Four.’

The word ended in a gasp of pain. The needle of the dial had shot up to

fifty-five. The sweat had sprung out all over Winston’s body. The air tore

into his lungs and issued again in deep groans which even by clenching his

teeth he could not stop.” (George Orwell, 1984)

Punishment by law must only be for that which is wrong or justice is cast aside. Right and wrong are defined by absolute truths. Once reversed and truth is cast aside, government can arbitrarily decide what it wants to be right and wrong and therefore punishable by law. As government takes the right to cast off truth and redefine right and wrong laws become capricious, people begin to suffer, and the foundations of tyranny are laid.

In an attempt to redefine reality by force of law, New York City has legalized falsehood and made truth punishable. The New York City Commission on Human Rights has created a law that can fine people up to $250,000 for not accommodating an individual’s belief about their gender or their identity. In effect New York City has arbitrarily changed reality and will brutally punish anyone who insists on truth.

The law states, “The NYCHRL prohibits unlawful discrimination in public accommodations, housing and employment on the basis of gender. Gender is defined as one’s actual or perceived sex and shall also include a person’s gender identity, self-image, appearance, behavior or expression, whether or not that gender identity, self-image, appearance, behavior or expression is different from that traditionally associated with the legal sex assigned to that person at birth.” To add in more people covered under this mandate, the law further reveals that, “it also prohibits discriminatory harassment and bias-based profiling by law enforcement,” and that, “a tenant assaulting or threatening to assault a neighbor because of her gender expression, in addition to committing a crime, is also violating the NYCHRL.” In this case, assault can include consistently using the wrong pronoun.

This means that law enforcement officials, employers, landlords, business owners who accommodate the public in anyway, all medical professionals, lawyers, and neighbors must call people by their preferred pronoun and use their preferred gender, even when that changes from day to day. Basically anyone and everyone who either lives or works in New York City must engage in these outrageous falsehoods or be faced with astronomical fines.

So as “not to confuse everyone,” the NYC Human Rights Commission put out a list of 31 genders people may choose from. These include, but don’t have to be limited to:

BI-GENDERED, CROSS-DRESSER, DRAG KING, DRAG QUEEN, FEMME QUEEN, FEMALE-TO-MALE, FTM, GENDER BENDER, GENDERQUEER, MALE-TO-FEMALE, MTF, NON-OP, HIJRA, PANGENDER, TRANSEXUAL/TRANSSEXUAL, TRANS PERSON, WOMAN, MAN, BUTCH, TWO-SPIRIT, TRANS, AGENDER, THIRD SEX, GENDER FLUID, NON-BINARY TRANSGENDER, ANDROGYNE, GENDER GIFTED, GENDER BLENDER, FEMME, PERSON OF TRANSGENDER EXPERIENCE, ANDROGYNOUS

Now that truth has been cast aside the government has given itself the power over speech, the press, religion, conscience, and what defines mother, father, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, grandmother, and grandfather.

Stella Morabito, a writer who has studied culture and communism stated that, “there can be no question that all of the gender identity anti-discrimination laws amount to little more than censorship laws, intended to modify everybody’s behavior and everybody’s language on pain of punishment.”

The NYC law and others like it, may state it is about freedom or equality, but it does nothing more than add to its own power. These laws remove truth and justice. They regulate the most personal aspects of the lives of the people. If the government cares so little about the rights of the individual to speech, conscience, and family, rest assured it does not care at all about someone’s gender identity or sexual orientation. As Stella Morabito put it, “It thereby sows the conditions for totalitarianism.” In the end, the government that has power to arbitrarily redefine reality and brutally punish anyone who dissents, is a government that directly opposes individual rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
