According to a lead researcher from Harvard’s Center for Brain Science, “caloric restriction and exercise have numerous, dramatic effects on our mental acuity and motor ability.” This is not something that United Families would ordinarily report on, but information that will help parents and grandparents enjoy long-term better health to be able to care more effectively for their families is worthy of some blog time.
We’re a little at a loss as to the best strategies for living a “more exercise and restricted calorie” lifestyle, however, I guess we’ll save that for another post.
