Protect against Title IX and submit a comment by September 12, 2022.

The US Department of Education released their proposed changes to Title IX regulations that would dramatically change the future for women and girls in federally funded activities and programs. There are many negative impacts that will harm girls, women, and families.

A government portal has been set up for you to make a comment submission.  It is very straight-forward and easy to do.  In addition, this governmental body is required to read every submission, large and small – before they can finalize the new “Rule.”  So rest assured, your input will be read and considered.

marriage2Citizens of Maine: A Call To Action

Tomorrow, November 3, citizens will go to the polls to decide the future of marriage in Maine. We need your help to ensure that the people of Maine repeal bill LD 1020 and defend marriage between one man and one woman. We need you to go to the polls and VOTE YES on Question 1.

Last May, the Maine legislature attempted to overrule the will of the people by passing LD 1020 which would legalize same-sex marriage in Maine. Over 100,000 Maine citizens voiced their opposition to this bill and the people of Maine now have the opportunity to veto this attack on marriage. Tomorrow is our one chance to stand together and confirm that Maine believes in traditional marriage.

Thirty states have already voted on this issue and each and every one has reaffirmed that America honors and values traditional marriage. If we fail, we will undermine the efforts of these states and give same-sex marriage its first historic victory-a victory that could turn public support and give the homosexual agenda the momentum it desires to radically restructure American society.

Don’t let this happen-Marriage matters and so does your vote.

If you don’t stand up for marriage by VOTING YES on Question 1, marriage will no longer ensure the best environment for nurturing and raising children. It will no longer affirm the invaluable roles of husbands and wives in building strong families and strong communities. It will no longer provide the best foundation for a strong society and a bright future.

Voting YES on Question 1 restores traditional marriage and reaffirms the important role of marriage for children and society.

So when asked on Tuesday “Do you want to reject the new law that lets same-sex couples marry?”-VOTE  YES.

VOTE YES for marriage, VOTE YES for our children, VOTE YES for the best future for Maine.
