Protect against Title IX and submit a comment by September 12, 2022.

The US Department of Education released their proposed changes to Title IX regulations that would dramatically change the future for women and girls in federally funded activities and programs. There are many negative impacts that will harm girls, women, and families.

A government portal has been set up for you to make a comment submission.  It is very straight-forward and easy to do.  In addition, this governmental body is required to read every submission, large and small – before they can finalize the new “Rule.”  So rest assured, your input will be read and considered.

The day before yesterday a man changing in front of a bunch of girls was called indecent exposure and was against the law– today it’s called inclusiveness and compassion. The day before yesterday, women used women’s bathrooms and locker rooms and men used men’s, and no one questioned the sanity of this set up. Today, we are told it is hate and bigotry to believe that men and women should use the public facilities that match their gender. And now the US Department of Justice is saying that laws which do not allow men to change in front of girls or men to use the women’s restrooms are akin to Jim Crow laws.

Loretta Lynch, U.S. attorney general said, “This is not the first time that we have seenLoretta Lynchdiscriminatory responses to historic moments of progress for our nation… We saw it in the Jim Crow laws that followed the Emancipation Proclamation,” as she started up a lawsuit against the State of North Carolina.

Gov. Pat McCroryNorth Carolina, Gov. Pat McCrory said the North Carolina law preventing men from using women’s rest rooms and locker rooms is aimed at protecting women and children from predatory men. Gov. McCrory is suing backaccusing the DOJ of grossly overstepping its authority.

Should the North Carolina law be considered racist and bigoted and hateful when just yesterday everyone agreed with  Gov. McCrory and believed in the inherent physical differences of men and women?

Ryan Anderson said that, “Separate facilities reflect the fact that men and women have bodily differences; they are designed to protect privacy related to our bodies.” These needs will not be changed by an identity that opposes biological facts.

Men and women have different needs in bathrooms and locker rooms simply due to the fact that they are biologically different. It is science; it is common sense; it is about protection and privacy; it is not hate, bigotry, or racism.

Unfortunately, now that the DOJ is involved, this issue will affect every state. If the DOJ wins, there will be nowhere left in the United States where it is legal to restrain men from changing in front of little girls, and no one will be allowed to publically declare biology as a reason to segregate the sexes even in the most private spaces.
