Courts and Judicial Activism

The majority of people in many nations still adhere to traditional family values, but democratic rule is being slowly but surely undermined by the alarming phenomenon of judicial imperialism-the imposition of a highly liberal, elitist agenda by unelected judges. This end run around the democratic process poses a grave threat to the fundamental right of self-government and looms large in the culture war raging over family, marriage, morality, and the sanctity of life.
