Chapter Director

Tori Black

Biography

Tori spent the majority of the last twenty-five years home schooling her three daughters and instilling in them an appreciation for education. After they successfully matriculated to the universities of their choice, she put her money where her mouth is and completed her own education at BYU-Idaho where she majored in Marriage and Family Studies.

Tori currently puts that education to work promoting family-friendly policy in the Lone Star State and directing efforts at the UFI Texas Chapter. In her free time she hikes, sings, travels with Rob, her husband of 33 years, is called Gran by five young children, and reads Jane Austen novels, preferably on a beach somewhere in the Pacific.
